About The Position
Redfin is hiring an Associate Agent in Pahrump, Nevada. This role is suited to new agents looking to develop their skills and experienced agents seeking flexibility. Associate Agents work with customers on their own schedules and earn a flat-rate payment for each field event, without needing to close transactions. The role is performed remotely in the field, with no office visits required, and includes optional educational services. Customers are plentiful, especially on weekends. The application process starts with a short application. Applicants who meet minimum qualifications may be invited to a video screen; a recruiter will provide next steps if there is an opening in the area. If no opening is available, Redfin may retain the applicant’s information and contact them when new contract opportunities arise. Redfin conducts background screening consistent with applicable law and considers qualified applicants with criminal record histories.
Requirements
- Hold a real estate license in the state where the agent will work.
- Be willing to affiliate the license exclusively with Redfin.
- Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to obtain them.
- Be willing to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the market.
