About The Position
Redfin is hiring an Associate Agent to work with real estate customers in Licking County. The role offers flexibility to set your own hours and manage your workload, with opportunities to earn money by completing field events rather than closing transactions. Work is performed remotely in the field, with no office visits required. The position is paid at a flat rate per field event as an independent contractor. Requirements
- Hold a real estate license in the state where the work will be performed.
- Be willing to affiliate the license exclusively with Redfin.
- Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to obtain them.
- Be willing to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the market.
