About The Position
Redfin is hiring an Associate Agent to work with real estate customers on a flexible schedule as an independent contractor. The role allows agents to earn a flat-rate payment for each field event without closing transactions. Agents work remotely in the field, with no office visits required, and may access free, optional educational services to build their skills. The position is suited to new or experienced agents seeking flexibility. Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications may be invited to a video screen; a recruiter will provide next steps if an opening is available in the area. If there is no current opening, Redfin may retain the applicant’s information for future contract opportunities. Redfin conducts background screening for this role consistent with applicable law.
Requirements
- Hold a real estate license in the state where you will work.
- Be willing to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
- Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to obtain them.
- Be willing to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within your market.
