About the position

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for managing the French market for an enterprise level global advertiser within the music and entertainment vertical. This role requires fluency in French and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for client service and communication, account strategy and execution, strategy execution, reporting and analysis, and finding new opportunities for publisher development. The ideal candidate will have strong internal motivation, superior customer service skills, and the ability to solve problems independently. They should also have experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing, as well as knowledge of affiliate networks.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a regular point of contact for clients' strategic and account questions
  • Lead weekly client calls and send account reporting
  • Manage challenging client situations with guidance from senior colleagues
  • Develop and nurture excellent client relationships
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates
  • Oversee successful client programs and develop effective strategies
  • Execute effective affiliate recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies
  • Provide clients with regular reporting and analyze data to find opportunities and identify issues
  • Develop strategic program plans and present data-driven insights and recommendations to clients
  • Find and act on relevant publisher development opportunities
  • Execute day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
  • Form strong relationships with key client contacts
  • Analyze client data and use it strategically in optimization, activation, and recruitment campaigns
  • Maximize account efficiency and implement excellent strategic plans and communication
  • Provide superior results for clients and unsurpassed customer service
  • Possess mature judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Have attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Display accountability and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members in a remote environment
  • Have confidence, poise, and eloquence in client meetings and difficult situations
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing objectives
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
  • Have direct affiliate marketing experience
  • Be fluent in French and English
  • Have advanced Excel capabilities and working knowledge of HTML (a plus)
  • Have previous experience managing and motivating teams (a plus)

Requirements

  • Fluent level of French is required
  • Remote, work from home position
  • Reside in the UK or Germany
  • Some travel required for internal meetings and conferences
  • Hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally

  • Provide clients with regular reporting and analyze data to find opportunities and identify issues
  • Develop strategic program plans and present data-driven insights and recommendations to clients
  • Find and act on relevant publisher development opportunities
  • Think outside of the box to present new and interesting opportunities to clients
  • Execute day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs with little guidance
  • Form strong relationships with key client contacts and be the main point of contact for clients' strategic and account questions
  • Manage challenging client situations with guidance from senior colleagues
  • Analyze client data and use it strategically in optimization, activation, and recruitment campaigns
  • Handle client accounts effectively and strategically without dropping any balls
  • Service clients profitably with target bill rates being met and achieve client Net Promoter Scores of 8+
  • Take full accountability for the performance and success of clients
  • Maximize account efficiency and have excellent strategic plans and communication in place for all accounts
  • Provide superior results for clients and unsurpassed customer service
  • Engage in work and keep clients engaged as well
  • Possess mature judgment and problem-solving skills
