About The Position

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our expanding IT Workforce Solutions team in Central New Jersey. This role combines client account management and business development, providing an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in sales, client strategy, and revenue growth within the IT staffing industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition.
  • Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account penetration.
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver high-quality IT talent solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage pipeline activity.
  • Work consistently toward defined revenue targets and performance KPIs.
  • Support client retention and account growth initiatives.
