About the position
We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our team at Stylitics. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact post-sale. Your main objective will be to ensure the overall health of client relationships and drive new initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs and identify opportunities for account growth. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build trust with clients and make them feel valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 5-10 accounts and implement client success programs
- Act as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts and other accounts within the team's portfolio
- Support development and engagement with key client contacts
- Proactively escalate and communicate urgent or high-priority issues to internal stakeholders
- Support customer program launches and product initiatives for assigned accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver on client objectives and ensure deliverables are met
- Generate and deliver monthly analytics reports to assigned accounts
- Define client goals/KPIs and oversee analytics and metrics on an ongoing basis
- Collect client testimonials and case studies
- Centralize and manage all client-related information using available tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 1-4 years of experience in a B2B account manager/client success role
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external organizations
- Passion for business and ability to think of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
- Dynamic personality and ability to engage and influence various audiences
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Strategic thinking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management tools, and ticket management tools
- Basic understanding of retail analytics and/or retail trend analysis
- Familiarity with the retail landscape and key industry functions (merchandising, marketing, buying, planning)
- Account or project management experience in the B2B SaaS/E-commerce industry (retail expertise is a bonus)
