The Associate Account Executive is responsible for managing and executing strategies and initiatives to achieve financial and business performance goals by account, resulting in the growth and development of a profitable business. This role involves planning, managing, and executing sales and merchandising strategies, forecasting sales projections, increasing business opportunities, managing open-to-buy, fostering retailer relationships, and developing expert knowledge of the competitive landscape. The Associate Account Executive will also propose new business opportunities, analyze selling performance, partner with internal departments like Retail Development, Replenishment, Customer Service, Planning, Design, and Marketing, and potentially oversee a Sales Assistant. The goal is to meet or exceed financial goals, execute strategies that drive business, sell into inventory, minimize oversold situations, and maximize profit.
