About The Position

CMG Home Loans is hiring an Account Executive for our Wholesale and Select Partner Channel. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth through development and expansion of broker relationships. Will own a defined territory and portfolio of accounts. Serves as primary point of contact delivering strategic guidance and client service. Partners with internal teams to ensure an efficient and scalable client experience.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7+ years of wholesale mortgage or TPO experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving production goals.
  • Established broker network preferred.
  • Strong mortgage product and guideline knowledge.
  • Advanced CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of broker relationships.
  • Prospect, recruit, and onboard new broker partners.
  • Provide consultative guidance on loan structuring and scenarios.
  • Manage pipeline to drive consistent applications, approvals, and closings.
  • Deliver training on products, guidelines, and systems.
  • Communicate program updates and pricing changes.
  • Analyze account performance and execute growth strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Utilize CLEAR and LOS systems to track activity.
  • Travel within territory to support relationship development.
  • Meet or exceed sales and production goals.
