Requirements

• 2–4 years of technical design experience
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and specs
• Experience with PLM, CADs, and technical packages
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize deadlines

Responsibilities

• Supports Technical Designer with ownership of categories and fit process execution
• Increased responsibility in fittings, specs, factory communication, and construction details
• Able to work more independently while continuing to grow technically
• Assist in managing fit approval process and sample tracking
• Prepare fit samples, take detailed fit notes, and communicate comments to factories
• Create and update specs, construction details, and technical packages
• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Production, and overseas factories
• Maintain adherence to calendar and department deadlines
