Senior Textile Associate, Wholesale Apparel

We currently have an exciting opportunity for The Senior Textile Associate supports textile sourcing, fabric development, and vendor management activities while serving as a key cross-functional partner to Design, Production, and Sourcing teams. This role independently manages fabric development initiatives and helps drive seasonal execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4-6 years of textile sourcing, development, or production experience
- Strong woven and knit fabric knowledge
- Experience working directly with mills and overseas vendors
- Strong Excel and PLM experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage fabric development from initial concept through production
- Partner with mills, vendors, and factories to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery expectations are met
- Review lab dips, strike-offs, handlooms, and bulk fabric approvals
- Troubleshoot fabric issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain seasonal fabric libraries and development records
- Track timelines and support sourcing initiatives
- Maintain PLM data and fabric specifications
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives
- Mentor and support junior team members
