The Associate Account Executive (AAE) on the Personal Lines team will be responsible for providing the highest quality service to customers and cross-selling within the existing book of business. This role serves as the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts, assisting in managing client relationships. Daily servicing includes addressing coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, handling inside service work, endorsement activity, coverage questions, problem-solving, renewal control, and policy checking and binding. The AAE will also inform the Producer on strategic account issues, claims, and potential problems, overseeing renewal processes and ensuring Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) are followed. The position requires experience in all areas of personal insurance.
