About The Position

This role involves developing, presenting, and selling customized insurance programs for Personal Lines and Small Commercial clients. The Sales Executive will partner with an assigned Account Management team to provide service to new and existing clients. A key responsibility is to develop and manage an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads through various methods including personal contacts, cold calling, networking, client referrals, and colleagues. They offer direct access to over 20 carriers for personal, farm, and commercial insurance, a flexible daily work schedule, and commissions paid on new and renewal clients. A dedicated support staff handles service tasks, allowing the Sales Executive to focus on sales.

Requirements

  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • 1+ year experience in insurance sales required with above-average results
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • Proficient in MS office suite products (Excel, Word, & Outlook).
