About The Position

ACA is seeking an Insurance Sales Executive for Personal Lines. This role involves developing, presenting, and selling customized insurance programs to meet the individual needs of Personal Lines and Small Commercial clients. The Sales Executive will partner with an assigned Account Management team and develop/manage an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from various sources. This position offers a flexible daily work schedule and commissions paid on new and renewal clients, with a dedicated support staff to handle service needs.

Requirements

  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • 1+ year experience in insurance sales required with above-average results
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • Proficient in MS office suite products (Excel, Word, & Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, present and sell customized insurance programs that meet the individual needs of Personal Lines and Small Commercial clients.
  • Partner with assigned Account Management team, and provide service to new and existing clients
  • Develop and manage an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, cold calling, networking, client referrals, and colleagues
