About The Position

The Assoc. VP, Construction Project Delivery is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration, and addressing stakeholder concerns. This role oversees the entire project life cycle, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and implements best practices to optimize project workflows. The position defines and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), establishes clear performance metrics, and leads project reviews. Additionally, the Assoc. VP provides leadership and mentorship to the project management team, develops training programs, and collaborates with senior leadership on strategic plans. The role also involves identifying emerging trends and technologies in the construction industry and ensuring internal control oversight and compliance with laws and regulations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Facilitates regular communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.
  • Addresses stakeholder concerns promptly and implements effective solutions to enhance project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversees the entire project life cycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless integration of all project phases.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to establish project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Implements best practices and methodologies to optimize project workflows, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle.
  • Defines and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to drive accountability within the project team.
  • Establishes clear performance metrics and targets, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
  • Leads regular project reviews and status updates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve key results.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the project management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develops and implements training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and expertise in construction project management.
