About The Position
Watermark Retirement Communities is hiring a Registered Nurse Program Director to lead its Assisted Living Program at a 5-star retirement community. The Program Director supervises care delivery, leads associates, helps maintain the community’s care standards, and develops meaningful relationships with residents. The role is suited to someone passionate about working with seniors and experienced in nurse management in assisted living and memory care.
Requirements
- LPN or RN experience in a management role in assisted living or memory care.
- 1–2 years of experience in assisted living or memory care.
- Proven survey history.
- Exceptional knowledge of state regulations.
- Proven leadership ability.
- Ability to build teams.
- Experience as an educator.
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and online systems.
- Strong communication skills.
