About The Position
Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse Program Director to lead its Assisted Living Program at a 5-star retirement community. The Program Director supervises care delivery, leads associates, maintains the community’s standard of care, and develops meaningful relationships with residents. The role is intended for a passionate senior-care professional with management experience in assisted living and memory care.
Requirements
- LPN or RN with experience in a management role in assisted living or memory care.
- 1–2 years of experience in assisted living or memory care.
- Proven survey history.
- Exceptional knowledge of state regulations.
- Proven leadership and team-building ability.
- Experience as an educator.
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and online systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for working with seniors.
Responsibilities
