About The Position

Lorien Bel Air is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join its Assisted Living team. The role provides direct nursing care in an assisted living community and contributes to resident-centered care in collaboration with nurses, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team. Requirements

Hold an active, unencumbered Maryland LPN license in good standing.
Have a current and valid BLS certification.
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
Have a passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care.
Be able to safely lift, push, and pull 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care.
Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and quality standards.

Benefits

Competitive pay of $27.00–$37.00 per hour, based on experience.
Same Day Pay for all employees.
