About The Position

Lorien Bel Air is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide resident-centered care on its Assisted Living team. The role is part of a skilled nursing and assisted living community in Bel Air, Maryland. Nurses provide direct care under RN supervision and work with the interdisciplinary care team to support residents’ needs. The position is available in full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, with day, evening, and night hours. Availability every other Saturday and Sunday is required. Compensation is $27.00–$37.00 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Maryland LPN license in good standing.
• Current and valid BLS certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and quality standards.
