About The Position

The Waterford at Fitchburg is seeking a dependable, compassionate Med Passer to join its overnight team and provide safe, attentive, personalized care to residents. The role involves administering medications, monitoring resident well-being, assisting with personal care, responding to needs and emergencies, and working with team members to maintain continuity of care. Requirements

Current Wisconsin CBRF Medication Administration certification or applicable qualifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety.
Dependability and ability to work independently overnight.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous medication administration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer medications according to physician orders, established protocols, and state regulations.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
Complete accurate medication documentation and maintain medication records.
Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
Respond to resident needs, call lights, and overnight emergencies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with fellow team members to support continuity of care.
