About The Position

Medication staff at Cherrywood Village ensure residents receive medications as prescribed by their physicians. They follow resident care plans and physician orders to support resident safety and well-being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. They incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions. The schedule is full-time, Sundays through Thursdays, 5:45 am–2:15 pm, in 8-hour shifts. Holiday availability is preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Medication Assistance.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
• Holiday availability.
