About The Position

As the AL/IL Administrator at Riverside Lodge Retirement Community, you will have the opportunity to work with an excellent team to provide a living environment for seniors that is second to none. You will be responsible for community relations, sales and marketing, hospitality, growing your team, and creating quality in everything you do. Requirements

• Assisted Living Administrators license in the state of Nebraska
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to build relationships in and outside of the facility
• Strong working knowledge of Assisted Living and Independent Living operations
• Ability to market and provide world class hospitality
• Ability to coach and provide superior leadership and direction
• Strong working knowledge of skilled nursing care operations and regulations
