Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • A valid Oklahoma Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator License or a Long-Term Care Administrator License

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day caregiving operations of the assisted living services.
  • Develop and train the caregiver team, ensuring they are prepared to meet the evolving needs of residents.
  • Regularly communicate with residents and their families, providing updates on care and wellbeing while fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Participate in the leadership of building-wide policies and procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.
