About The Position

Legacy Village of Stillwater, Stillwater's premier senior living community, is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and compassionate leader to step into the role of full-time Assisted Living Director – Assistant Administrator. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day caregiving operations of the assisted living services. The director will spend most of their time developing and training the dedicated caregiver team, ensuring they are prepared to meet the evolving needs of residents. Regular communication with residents and their families is required to provide updates on care and wellbeing, fostering strong relationships and trust. The role also includes participation in the leadership of building-wide policies and procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.

Nice To Haves

  • A valid Oklahoma Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator License or a Long-Term Care Administrator License

Responsibilities
