About The Position

The Assistant Visual Manager is a developmental role focused on maintaining high visual standards in the home furnishings industry and creating engaging displays that showcase Arhaus products. The position offers an opportunity to develop merchandising skills and gain experience with the Arhaus brand. Responsibilities also include completing weekly store transfers and working with management to maintain satisfactory inventory levels. The role is for Arhaus’s new showroom in San Antonio, Texas.

Requirements

• Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and be self-motivated.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
• Ability to move furniture independently around the showroom.
• Ability to operate most building tools and equipment.
• Comfort using a ladder.
• College degree or job experience in a related field, such as merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set/stage design.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high visual standards in the showroom and create displays that present Arhaus products.
• Complete weekly store transfers.
