About The Position

The Assistant Visual Manager maintains high visual standards in the home furnishings industry and creates an appealing stage for displaying Arhaus products. This developmental role provides opportunities to grow merchandising skills and gain experience with the Arhaus brand. The position also involves completing weekly store transfers and working with management to maintain satisfactory inventory levels.

Requirements

• Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and be self-motivated.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
• Ability to move furniture independently around the showroom.
• Ability to operate most building tools and equipment.
• Comfort using a ladder.
• A college degree or job experience in a related field, such as merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set/stage design.
