About The Position

Cadence Education Montessori Schools is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support young learners from birth to age 6 while gaining hands-on experience and training toward Montessori certification. The role is full-time and includes mentorship from experienced Montessori teachers, a paid teaching practicum, and a pathway to certification in Infant/Toddler or Early Childhood education through an AMS-affiliated training center. Certification costs are shared with the employee, with an attractive payment plan.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A CDA, associate degree, or some college coursework is required.
• Enroll in the upcoming Montessori certification cohort.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
