About The Position

Assistant Tech - inspects product functions and monitors test procedures and equipment. This role involves conducting testing procedures using specialized equipment, identifying and troubleshooting issues in electronic equipment, and performing soldering to repair, modify, and change parts using both surface mount and thru-hole methods. The position also includes disassembling and reassembling electronic devices, complying with quality performance standards, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area and equipment. Adherence to warehouse safety regulations, including ESD guidelines, is also required.

Requirements

Skilled in the operation of test equipment.
Capable of utilizing repair tools including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, voltmeters, and soldering irons.
Ability to perform both surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques, as well as operate automated repair equipment (BGA machine).
Proficient in soldering and de-soldering techniques.
Comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.
Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.
Proficiency in computer skills required for precise data entry of completed units.
Competent in maintaining accurate and organized records.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
