About The Position

This is an Assistant Teacher role at a child care center. The position supports the daily care and learning of children, helps maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and follows licensing guidelines and company standards. The teacher engages with children, develops skills in observing and assessing their needs and planning for them, communicates with families, and completes training on childcare, preschool, and child development.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
