About The Position

The Assistant Teacher supports children’s daily care, maintains a clean and organized classroom, engages with children, and develops skills in observing, assessing, planning for children, and communicating with families. The role includes extensive training in childcare, preschool, and child development.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
