About The Position

The Lead Teacher at Pathways Learning Academy at Crossroads Mason creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow teachers. The role promotes preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. The Lead Teacher leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.

• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
