About The Position

Childtime of Mason is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, supporting children’s development, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, following licensing guidelines and company standards, and building relationships with enrolled and prospective families. The position also includes mentoring fellow teachers and supporting the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the classroom.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Follow applicable licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.
• Engage in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors.
