About The Position

Childtime is hiring an Assistant Teacher to help provide daily care and learning experiences for children. The role involves maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; following licensing guidelines and company standards; and developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating with families. Extensive training is provided on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. The work week is Monday through Friday.

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
