About The Position

Childtime is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, supporting preschool children’s development, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, following licensing guidelines and company standards, and building relationships with enrolled and prospective families. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. The compensation range is $17.48–$18.16, based on position, education, and experience. The posting lists health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) for full-time employees and limited medical coverage for part-time workers. The work week is Monday through Friday, with bi-weekly and daily pay options.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the classroom.
