About The Position
Childtime is hiring an Assistant Teacher to help provide daily care and learning experiences for children at its child care center. The role involves maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; following licensing guidelines and company standards; engaging with children; and developing the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate effectively with families. The position includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic and dependable and have a passion for working with children.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
