About The Position

Childtime at Covenant Health is hiring an Assistant Teacher to help children learn and grow in a fun, interactive environment. The role supports the daily care of every child in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and helps maintain a clean, organized classroom. Assistant Teachers develop their skills in observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. The position includes extensive training in childcare, preschool, and child development.

Requirements

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
