About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher to support a caring, creative early education team. The role focuses on creating a warm, engaging environment where infants can thrive and on delivering stimulating, age-appropriate learning experiences. The teacher works with colleagues to notice and respond to each child’s interests, support safety and play, and communicate infants’ daily milestones to parents. The position is onsite in Plano, Texas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool teacher requirements.
• Flexible and available during business hours.

• Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the team to create a warm, engaging environment for infants.
• Capture and share children’s daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to provide a stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum.
