About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager at BODYBAR Pilates Scottsdale Ranch is responsible for growing studio membership through sales, member engagement, and community outreach, while helping manage day-to-day studio operations. The role includes running the sales process, working toward monthly membership goals, following up with members, and coaching the front desk team on sales. The manager also supports local partnerships and events, referrals, member goal achievement, and keeping the studio clean and organized. This position is 20–30 hours per week. The studio describes itself as a small, locally owned business with a close-knit team and community. Schedules are set ahead of time, and the role includes some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in retail, service, or fitness sales, with a history of meeting targets.
Experience generating leads through events, partnerships, and referrals.
Strong in-person and online communication skills.
Organized, reliable, and punctual.
Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Interest in fitness and helping people feel good.

Responsibilities
