About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner to the Studio Manager, forming a strong team to ensure the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. This role involves understanding studio operations, knowing member names, stepping in for the manager when needed, and collaborating to achieve goals. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand and shares the science behind the workout. This position can be a stepping stone for a management career or a long-term role within the company. The work environment is described as passionate and collaborative, with a fitness casual dress code. Every day is different, offering the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, with potential for future franchisee or business owner roles.

Requirements

• Understanding of studio operations.
• Ability to learn member names.
• Willingness to step in when the manager is unavailable.
• Ability to balance strengths with the Studio Manager.
• Ability to set and achieve goals.
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
