About The Position
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner to the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the studio. The role involves knowing the studio's operations and members well, stepping in when the manager is unavailable, balancing strengths, and achieving goals. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand, shares the science behind the workout, and experiences a dynamic work environment. This position can serve as a stepping stone for a management career or a long-term role within the company.
Requirements
- Ability to know the studio's ropes as well as members' names.
- Willingness to step in when the manager steps out.
- Ability to balance strengths with a partner.
- Ability to set and surpass goals.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Studio Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.
