About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a key partner to the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The role involves understanding studio operations, knowing member names, stepping in for the manager when needed, and contributing to goal setting and achievement. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand and shares the science behind the workout with potential and current members. This position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, with potential pathways to becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner. The role is described as dynamic, with each day being different, and emphasizes the passionate, collaborative work environment and the brand's purpose of helping people live longer, more vibrant lives.
