About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and contribute to a positive customer and team experience. The role helps maintain daily focus on individual and team performance standards to achieve sales and profit projections, foster total customer satisfaction, develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruit and select team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
