About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager at TOMMY HILFIGER helps deliver an exceptional customer experience, oversee store operations, drive performance, and maintain a motivated team while upholding the brand’s standards. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, this role executes business strategies, supports daily sales goals, and fosters an inclusive team environment. The position includes leading store operations as a key holder and leader on duty, coaching associates, supporting customers, and working on the sales floor with inventory, restocking, and cashiering.
Requirements
- Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, helpful customer interactions that support sales and build brand loyalty.
- Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage day-to-day performance and coach associates.
- Support the brand in providing an exceptional store experience.
- Promote current campaigns, product launches, and the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, and cashier on the sales floor.
- Support business strategies and daily sales goals.
- Help foster a motivating and inclusive team environment.
