About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager partners with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations. The role supports merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and ensures customers have an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The Assistant Store Manager also conducts outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed, and coaches retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership development.

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
Ability to take initiative and strive to create results.

Responsibilities
