About The Position

StoragePRO is hiring a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Eagle Mountain, Utah, to help manage a self-storage facility. The role involves renting storage units and helping customers choose options and pricing that fit their needs, providing customer service, and supporting the daily operation and security of the facility. The position reports to the District Manager. Attendance is an essential job function, and other duties may be assigned. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Valid driver's license.
Basic computer skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
U.S. work authorization.
Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Rent storage units and explain available options and pricing to meet customer needs.
Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and build positive relationships.
Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and proper equipment functioning.
Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
Market and promote storage units and related products.
Perform light maintenance and report major issues to designated personnel.
Maintain accurate, current tenant information and rental agreements.
Follow company policies and procedures and help ensure a safe, secure environment.
Meet attendance expectations and perform other duties as assigned.
