About The Position

Mobily is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead store sales and operations, drive business performance, and support team success. The role involves leading by example, coaching employees, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience. The Assistant Store Manager helps launch new products and services with the District Manager and other partners, manages inventory, trains and develops the team, maintains a clean and welcoming store, and handles administrative work such as compliance and reporting. The position is based in Uvalde, Texas, and offers a base-plus-commission salary range of $30,000 to $50,000 per year.

Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish.
Two years of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive and commissioned sales.
Two years of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
Excellent sales skills and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30-minute radius of the home store when needed.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
