About The Position

Movado Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Las Vegas North Premium Outlet store. The role assists the Store Manager with store operations, sales, customer service, staff management, and training, and acts as Store Manager when the Store Manager is absent. The position requires strong selling and management skills, with retail management experience and a preference for experience in watches, fine jewelry, or specialty retail.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail management experience.
Strong selling skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Open availability and flexibility to work according to business needs, including weekends and evenings.

Nice To Haves

Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, specialty, and/or luxury retail is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed personal sales goals established by the Store Manager and develop complete knowledge of merchandise.
Open and close the store.
Achieve the store’s financial objectives.
Coach and train store personnel to help them meet their personal sales goals.
Recruit, hire, train, and coach store employees to support strong store and employee performance.
Ensure CRM data capture, inventory and revenue management, merchandising, and loss-prevention programs are implemented in accordance with company policy.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure store employees do the same.
Maintain the store’s stability, security, and reputation by complying with corporate, legal, and security requirements.
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
Monitor and maintain merchandise cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display.
Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
Act as Store Manager in the Store Manager’s absence.
