About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its BOSS Outlet at Orlando International. The role conveys a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through merchandise presentations, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Assistant Store Manager helps lead store operations, staff development, sales performance, inventory control, compliance, and customer service. The position requires the ability to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
Requirements
- Two to three years of Specialty Retail Management experience.
- Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer and POS register systems.
- Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Bachelor of Science or college degree, preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop staff using effective communication skills.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help drive business with the merchant group.
- Lead the team to achieve positive results by supporting sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
- Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, building a client base, and exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through store management and staff meetings, walk-throughs, and audits.
- Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluate and respond to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Oversee store operations while working varied hours and days.
- Ensure Health & Safety conditions are fulfilled and empower store staff to maintain high standards.
- Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Health & Safety documentation is properly recorded and maintained.
