About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager is an integral member of the store management team, developing the store team and helping implement strategies and operational practices that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role assumes responsibility for the store when the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager is absent. The position calls for a collaborative, values-driven leader who supports the team, contributes to a positive store culture, and leads by example.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven skills in coaching and training.
• Discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Collaborative role-model behavior aligned with company culture.
• Ability to handle lifting up to 40 lbs. and frequent movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Develop the store team and contribute to successful implementation of store strategies and operational excellence.
• Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives of store management.
