About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a driven and creative Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role contributes to sales and profit goals by maintaining focus on individual and team standards, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participating in recruiting and selection. It also involves following and enforcing Company policies and procedures and carrying out other operational and strategic duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and maintains a promotion-from-within philosophy.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities
