About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative team members who are passionate about sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Sales Associates engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain its features and benefits, offer extended service plans and financing options, and work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. They may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career-development skills, and promotes advancement from within.

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
